MANAGER: AREA SALES - SOFTS

LOCATION : WINDHOEK
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To Train, Direct, Control, Motivate and Lead an area sales team to exceed Rate of Sales drivers and performance targets in both retail and distributor outlets. To proactively negotiate, co-ordinate, plan and implement of sales Area brand activities according to the Nambrew Sales Agenda and Rate of Sales Drivers (QDVP4) within a defined Sales Area and channel in order to optimally serve our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing with 5 years’ experience in FMCG Sales, of which at least 2 years should have been on Management Level.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Manage and identify new opportunities for the profitable growth of NBL Area Sales.
  • Manage Moment of Truth and Point of Purchase optimisation
  • Manage Assets
  • Maintain a high degree of internal customer satisfaction
  • Manage the achievement of planned coverage and call frequency in Area
  • Lead, coach and develop staff
